Calling to mind Sarah is a delight...like smelling a really
fragrant flower on a summer day. I think of
beauty and class and
determination to do things - lots of things - well. Like in the purest of
ways. I
think of her commitment to the natural and her love of that which
is really good. I think of her
simple, natural beauty and the way she crafts
excellence out of whatever is in front of her. (though I
know her
humility will keep her from seeing this...even now I imagine her with a
discounting quip at
the ready on her tongue! Shh! Sarah...just listen!) I think
of her priority to love her family well and to
pour into her children and those
around her who need to know the Father's touch. As happy as I am
to call
to mind this excellent being named Sarah... I also call her attributes to mind
with a level of
grief. She is my sister-in-law...my sister-in-love and my
sister-in the truest sense of the word...I
really really like Sarah and would
chose her as a friend..I only wish The Lord had made a way for us
to be
geographically more in each others' lives.
